communicate a surgical procedure that we observed and later researched.

After observing the surgical procedure performed by a resident at SickKid's Hospital, we drafted sketches of the different stages. Further refinements were conduced to ensure there was effective storytelling throughout the piece.
The following illustrations are the final renderings of the surgical procedure: ligament reconstruction and tendon interposition (LRTI) for Thumb CMC Arthritis.
